DTC 11 - Steering Angle Sensor Malfunction

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

DTC Detecting Condition:

VGRS ECU receives the steering sensor signals (SS1, SS2, SS3), judges the steering condition and drivers the actuator.

When the steering sensor signal is abnormal, VGRS ECU records the DTC and turns on the VGRS warning light.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

HINT:
- Determine the trouble area by checking the steering sensor signal using LEXUS hand-held tester.
- When not using LEXUS hand-held tester, go to step 3.
