Remove Headlamp Assembly

1. Remove the battery and battery tray.

2. Remove the front fender liners.




3. Remove the lower grille.

A. Remove the 7 screws.

B. Disconnect the 6 claws and remove the lower grille.




4. Remove the headlamp assembly.

A. Disconnect the wire harness connectors.

B. Remove the bolt and 2 nuts.

C. Pull the headlamp forward to disconnect the bracket of the vehicle body.







5. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

A. Disconnect the mass air flow meter connector.

B. Loosen the air cleaner hose No. 1 clamp bolt.

C. Unfasten the 2 hook clamps and remove the air cleaner cap.

D. Remove the air cleaner filter element.

E. Remove the 3 bolts and the air cleaner case.

HINT: When reinstalling the headlamp assembly, replace the air cleaner installation bolt indicated in the illustration with a special one (P/N: 90119--06209).




6. Disconnect the power steering pipe brackets. Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the power steering pipe brackets from the body.




7. Remove the ABS actuator bracket bolt.

HINT: When reinstalling the headlamp assembly, replace the ABS actuator bracket bolt indicated in the illustration with a special one (P/N:90119--08A61).
