Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System

ACCELERATION SENSOR ASSEMBLY (KDSS)
REPLACEMENT
1. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
2. REMOVE RR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

HINT: Refer to the procedures up to "REMOVE RR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY".





3. REMOVE ACCELERATION SENSOR ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the 2 clamps.
b. Remove the 2 bolts and acceleration sensor assembly.
c. Disconnect the connector from the acceleration sensor assembly.





4. INSTALL ACCELERATION SENSOR ASSEMBLY
a. Connect the connector to the acceleration sensor assembly.
b. Install the acceleration sensor assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 inch lbs.)
c. Engage the 2 clamps.
5. INSTALL RR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

NOTICE: When installing the rear console box assembly, do not apply excessive force, as the bracket may become deformed.

6. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
7. PERFORM ACCELERATION SENSOR ASSEMBLY ZERO POINT CALIBRATION
