INSPECT CYLINDER HEAD SET BOLTS
Using a vernier caliper, measure the thread outside diameter of the bolt.Standard outside diameter: 9.810 to 9.960 mm (0.3862 to 0.3921 inch) Minimum outside diameter: 9.70 mm (0.3819 inch) If the diameter is less than the minimum, replace the bolt.

Second Pass 90°
Final Pass 90°

Intake Manifold Bolts & Nuts 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft. lbs.)








Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolts
Bolts 21 & 22 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 inch lbs.)
Others 16 Nm (163 kgf-cm, 142 inch lbs.)

Camshaft Pulley Bolts 8.1 Nm (83 kgf-cm, 72 inch lbs.)
