DESCRIPTION

DTC Detection Condition:

Battery power is constantly supplied to the BATT terminal of the HV control ECU for DTCs and frame data memory even though the ignition switch is turned off.

If 3 or more seconds have elapsed with a voltage of less than 2.5 V at the BATT terminal in the HV control ECU, the HV control ECU will determine that a malfunction has occurred in the back-up power supply system, and set a DTC. The MIL will illuminate the next time the engine is started.
