Lexus does not offer specifications for A/C system oil capacity. However, Lexus does provide the equation above for system refill upon compressor replacement.

Standard: (Oil capacity inside a new compressor: 120 to 135 cc (4.2 to 4.8 fl oz.)) - (Remaining oil amount in the removed electric inverter compressor) = (Oil amount to be romoved from the new compressor when replacing)
