Removal and Installation

Headlight Assembly:

HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM COVER SIDE
2. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL UPPER
3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH
5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY SUB-ASSEMBLY

a. Remove the bolt and 2 nuts.
b. Remove the front bumper stay sub-assembly.

7. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR

a. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 front side panel protector.

8. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

a. Remove the bolt and 2 screws.
b. Pull out the headlight assembly forward, then release the headlight bracket.
c. Disconnect the connectors and remove the headlight assembly.

9. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

a. Remove the 3 clips and the No. 2 radiator side air seal.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

a. Install the No. 2 radiator side air seal with the 3 clips.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
a. Connect the connectors.

b. Install the headlight assembly with the bolt and 2 screws.

Torque: 2.0 N.m (20 kgf.cm, 18 in.lbf)

3. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR

a. Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 2 front side panel protector.

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER STAY SUB-ASSEMBLY

a. Install the front bumper stay sub-assembly with the bolt and 2 nuts.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
8. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL UPPER
9. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM COVER SIDE
10. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT
11. PREPARE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a screen)
12. INSPECT HEADLIGHT AIMING
13. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
14. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING
