Remote Switch: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION

1. INSPECT STEERING PAD SWITCH LH







a. Measure the resistance according to the values in the table given.

If the result is not as specified, replace the steering pad switch LH.

2. INSPECT STEERING PAD SWITCH CABLE SUBASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)




a. Disconnect the steering pad switch LH and the steering pad switch RH.




b. Measure the resistance according to the values in the table given.

If the result is not as specified, replace the steering pad switch cable sub-assembly.

3. INSPECT STEERING PAD SWITCH RH (w/ Navigation System)







a. Steering pad switch RH Measure the resistance according to the values in the table given.

If the result is not as specified, replace the steering pad switch RH.
