Removal

LIGHTING: HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY:

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)
2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY CENTER Removal

3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight)






(a) Remove the 3 bolts.






(b) Pull out the headlight assembly forward, then release the headlight mounting bracket.
(c) Disconnect the connectors and clamp, remove the headlight assembly.
5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for HID Headlight)






(a) Remove the 4 bolts.






(b) Pull out the headlight assembly forward, then release the headlight bracket.
(c) Disconnect the connectors and clamp, remove the headlight assembly.
6. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT






(a) Using needle nose pliers, release the 2 claw fittings and remove the front No. 2 bumper side support from the headlight assembly.
