TIRE AND WHEEL: TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU:
REMOVAL
NOTE: Before removing the tire pressure warning ECU, read the registered transmitter IDs of all wheels and write them down to use for re-registration of transmitter IDs Registration.
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
2. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
(a) Disengage the 6 claws and 4 clips, and remove the front door scuff plate RH.
(b) Disconnect the connector. (w/illumination scuff plate)
4. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY Removal
5. REMOVE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU
(a) Remove the screw and separate the tire pressure warning ECU.
(b) Disconnect the connector and remove the tire pressure warning ECU.
