BRAKE CONTROL: REAR SPEED SENSOR (for 4WD):

INSPECTION

1. INSPECT REAR SPEED SENSOR
(a) Inspect the rear speed sensor. If any of the following occurs, replace the rear speed sensor with a new one :
- The surface of the rear speed sensor is cracked, dented, or chipped off.
- The connector or wire harness is scratched, cracked, or damaged.
- The rear speed sensor has been dropped.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Resistance (at 25 ± 5°C):
