BRAKE: FRONT BRAKE:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the disc brake cylinder assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 34 Nm (350 kgf-cm, 25 ft-lbf)
(b) Connect the flexible hose with the union bolt and a new gasket.
Torque: 29 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf)
2. ADD RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID Service and Repair

3. DISABLE BRAKE CONTROL Service and Repair

4. BLEED FRONT BRAKE SYSTEM Service and Repair

5. CANCEL BRAKE CONTROL DISABLE Service and Repair

6. CLEAR DTC
Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
7. PERFORM ACCUMULATOR ZERO DOWN Service and Repair

8. CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEVEL Service and Repair

9. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK
10. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
11. CLEAR DTC
