Tire Pressure Warning System Initialization

INITIALIZING THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM
The tire pressure warning system must be initialized in the following circumstances:
- When the standard tire pressure changes by replacing tires or wheels.
- When tire pressure sensors are replaced.
- When driving with the tires inflated to a higher than standard tire pressure.

When the tire pressure warning system is initialized, the current tire inflation pressure is set as the pressure benchmark.

How To Initialize The Tire Pressure Warning System
1. Park the vehicle in safe place and turn off the engine.
2. Adjust the tire inflation pressure to the specified pressure.
3. Turn the ignition key to the ON position.

Make sure to adjust the tire inflation pressure to the specified level. The tire pressure warning system will operate based on this pressure level.

4. Recording tire inflation pressure settings
Press the tire pressure warning reset switch until the tire pressure warning light flashes 3 times. The initial setting will complete within a few minutes. Keep the ignition key in the ON position until initialization is complete.
