Cylinder Head Set Bolt Outside Thread Diameter
Standard 10.85 to 11.00 mm (0.427 to 0.433 in.)
Minimum 10.6 mm (0.417 in.)
If the diameter is less than the minimum, replace the cylinder head bolt.

Crankshaft Pulley Bolt 300 Nm (3059 kgf-cm, 221 ft-lbf)

Oil Pump Cover Bolts 10 Nm (105 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)

Exhaust Manifold Nuts









First pass: Temporarily install manifold with 2 nuts labeled A and 8 new nuts
Second pass: Uniformly tighten nuts not labeled A 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)
Final pass: Uniformly tighten nuts labeled A 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

Water Pump Bolts









Bolt A 47 Nm (479 kgf-cm, 35 ft-lbf)
