Installation

EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the No. 1 clearance sonar connector. (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)

(b) Connect the headlight cleaner hose. (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

(c) Connect the fog light connector.

(d) Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.





(e) Engage the 4 claws to install the front bumper assembly.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(f) Install the 6 clips.





(g) Install the 2 bolts and 2 screws.

Torque : 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

(h) Install the front bumper seal bracket.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(i) Install the screw.

Torque : 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(j) Install the 2 pin hold clips.





NOTICE:
Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is vertically.

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

2. INSTALL HOOD CENTER CUSHION

(a) Install the 2 hood center cushions.





3. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

(a) Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 6 clips.





4. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER

(a) Engage the guide.





(b) Install the engine room side cover with the 4 clips.

5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH

(a) Engage the guide.





(b) Install the engine room side cover LH with the 4 clips.

6. ADD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Installation

7. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR FOG LIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT Adjustments

8. PREPARE FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments

9. INSPECT FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments

10. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
