INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: ROOF HEADLINING: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE VANITY LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the vanity light assembly Removal.

HINT
Use the same procedure to remove the light on the other side.

2. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

3. TEST REAR NO. 3 WASHER HOSE

(a) Remove the rear No. 3 washer hose from the roof headlining assembly.





4. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE

(a) Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

(b) Turn the visor connectors counterclockwise approximately 90° and separate the connectors.

(c) Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining assembly.





5. REMOVE SUNSHADE TRIM PROTECTOR (w/o Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the 2 sunshade protectors from the roof headlining assembly.





6. REMOVE NO. 1 HOOK FASTENER (w/ Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the 2 No. 1 hook fasteners from the roof headlining assembly.





7. REMOVE NO. 2 HOOK FASTENER (w/ Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the 2 No. 2 hook fasteners from the roof headlining assembly.





8. REMOVE CENTER ROOF SILENCER PAD (w/o Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the center roof silencer pad from the roof headlining assembly.





9. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF SILENCER (w/o Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the No. 1 roof silencer from the roof headlining assembly.





10. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER (w/o Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the 3 No. 2 roof silencers from the roof headlining assembly.





11. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER (w/ Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the No. 2 roof silencer from the roof headlining assembly.





12. REMOVE NO. 3 ROOF SILENCER

(a) Remove the No. 3 roof silencer from the roof headlining assembly.





13. REMOVE ROOF SIDE RAIL SILENCER PAD LH (w/o Power Back Door)

(a) Remove the roof side rail silencer pad LH from the roof headlining assembly.





14. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING SPACER

(a) Remove the roof headlining spacer from the roof headlining assembly.





15. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING PAD

(a) Remove the roof headlining pad from the roof headlining assembly.





16. REMOVE FRONT ROOF HEADLINING SIDE PAD

(a) Remove the 2 front roof headlining side pads from the roof headlining assembly.





17. REMOVE FRONT SIDE RAIL SPACER RH (w/o Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the front side rail spacer RH from the roof headlining assembly.





18. REMOVE FRONT SIDE RAIL SPACER LH (w/o Sliding Roof)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

19. REMOVE REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER RH (w/o Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the rear side rail spacer RH from the roof headlining assembly.





20. REMOVE REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER LH (w/o Sliding Roof)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

21. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING PAD RH

(a) Remove the roof headlining pad RH from the roof headlining assembly.





22. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING PAD LH (w/o Power Back Door)

(a) Remove the roof headlining pad LH from the roof headlining assembly.





23. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING PAD LH (w/ Power Back Door)

(a) Remove the roof headlining pad LH from the roof headlining assembly.





24. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING SET PLATE RH (w/ Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the roof headlining set plate RH from the roof headlining assembly.





25. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING SET PLATE LH (w/ Sliding Roof)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

26. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF HEADLINING SET PLATE RH (w/ Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the No. 2 roof headlining set plate RH from the roof headlining assembly.





27. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF HEADLINING SET PLATE LH (w/ Sliding Roof)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

28. REMOVE CENTER ROOF HEADLINING PAD

(a) Remove the 2 center roof headlining pads from the roof headlining assembly.





29. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING FORMING PAD

(a) Remove the roof headlining forming pad from the roof headlining assembly.





30. REMOVE REAR QUARTER TRIM SILENCER PAD RH

(a) Remove the rear quarter trim silencer pad RH from the roof headlining assembly.





31. REMOVE REAR QUARTER TRIM SILENCER PAD LH (w/o Power Back Door)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

32. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF PANEL PAD

(a) Remove the No. 1 roof panel pad from the roof headlining assembly.





33. REMOVE NO. 3 ROOF PANEL PAD (w/o Power Back Door)

Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.
