HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR (for TMMC Made) Installation

2. INSTALL COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMMC Made) Reassembly

3. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made)

(a) Engage the 2 claws.





(b) Install the blower assembly with the 2 screws.

4. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for TMMC Made)

(a) Install the blower assembly with cooler evaporator sub-assembly to the air conditioning radiator assembly with the 6 screws.





5. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made) Reassembly

6. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for TMMC Made) Reassembly

7. INSTALL NO. 5 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly

8. INSTALL NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly

9. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY
