Reassembly

LIGHTING (EXT): HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT

(a) Engage the 2 guides.





(b) Install the front bumper bar reinforcement with the 2 screws.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET (for HID Headlight)

(a) Install a new headlight gasket.

3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY (for HID Headlight)

(a) Connect the connector.





(b) w/ AFS:

(1) Connect the connector.





(2) Install the headlight reflector with the 3 screws.

(c) Install the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly with the 4 screws.





(d) Engage the claw and connect the connector.

4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT PROTECTOR (for HID Headlight)

(a) Engage the clamp.





(b) Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, install the headlight protector with the "TORX" bolt and washer.

5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING (for HID Headlight)

(a) Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing.

6. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR (for HID Headlight)

(a) Engage the tip of the headlight leveling motor with the reflector as shown in the illustration.





(b) Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.





HINT
For the headlight leveling motor RH, rotate it symmetrical to the directional arrow shown in the illustration.

7. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light socket.

(b) Turn the clearance light bulb and clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.





(c) Engage the claw and connect the connector.

8. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the front side marker light bulb to the front side marker light socket.

(b) Turn the front side marker light bulb and front side marker light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.





9. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.

(b) Turn the front turn signal light bulb and front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.





10. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)

(a) Turn the No. 2 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.





NOTICE:
Do not touch the bulb glass.

11. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)

(a) Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.





NOTICE:
Do not touch the bulb glass.

12. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)

(a) Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.





NOTICE:
Do not touch the bulb glass.

13. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)

(a) Lock the set spring to install the discharge headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.





NOTICE:
Do not touch the bulb glass.

(b) Turn the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to connect it.





14. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER (for HID Headlight)

(a) Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.
