POWER OUTLETS (EXT): TOWING CONVERTER RELAY: REMOVAL
1. PRECAUTION (w/ Air Suspension)
NOTICE:
w/ Navigation System for HDD:
After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Air Suspension)
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
3. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY Removal
4. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
5. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY (for Compact Spare Tire) Removal
6. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for Compact Spare Tire) Removal
7. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for Full Size Spare Tire) Removal
8. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (for Compact Spare Tire) Removal
9. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (for Full Size Spare Tire) Removal
10. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Remove the rear seat assembly RH Removal.
11. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

12. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Removal
13. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE RH

14. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE COVER RH

15. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK RH Removal
16. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY RH

17. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL RH

18. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL SWITCH (w/ Air Suspension) Removal
19. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH Removal
20. REMOVE TOWING CONVERTER RELAY
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the bolt and towing converter relay.
