1. INSPECT POWER BACK DOOR CLOSER SWITCH





(a) Check the operation of the closer switch.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(1) If the result is not as specified, replace the power back door closer switch.

(b) Check that the switch illuminates.

(1) Apply battery voltage to the power back door closer switch and check that the switch illuminates.

OK:





(1) If the result is not as specified, replace the switch.
