REAR SUSPENSION: REAR UPPER ARM: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 2WD)

HINT
Refer to the procedures up to "Remove Rear Suspension Member Sub-assembly" Removal.

2. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for AWD)

HINT
Refer to the procedures up to "Remove Rear Suspension Member Sub-assembly" Removal.

3. SEPARATE REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ HID Headlight System)

(a) Remove the bolt and separate the rear height control sensor sub-assembly RH from the rear upper control arm assembly RH.





4. SEPARATE REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Air Suspension)

(a) Remove the bolt and separate the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH from the rear upper control arm assembly LH.





5. SEPARATE REAR SPEED SENSOR WIRE LH (for 2WD)

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and separate the rear speed sensor wire LH from the rear upper control arm assembly LH.





6. SEPARATE REAR SPEED SENSOR LH (for AWD)

HINT
Perform the same procedure as the rear speed sensor wire LH.

7. SEPARATE REAR SPEED SENSOR WIRE RH (for 2WD)

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and separate the rear speed sensor wire RH from the rear upper control arm assembly RH.





8. SEPARATE REAR SPEED SENSOR RH (for AWD)

HINT
Perform the same procedure as the rear speed sensor wire RH.

9. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the bolt, nut and rear upper control arm assembly LH from the rear suspension member sub-assembly.





NOTICE:
Since the stopper nut is used, loosen the bolt.

10. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Perform the same procedure as the LH side.
