SUSPENSION CONTROL: PNEUMATIC TANK: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT PNEUMATIC TANK WITH TUBE ASSEMBLY (LOW PRESSURE TANK VALVE)

(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(b) Check the low pressure tank valve operation.

(1) Connect a positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2, and a negative (-) lead to terminal 1.

(2) Check the operating sound of the low pressure tank valve.

OK:

It makes an operating sound.

(2) If the value is not as specified replace the pneumatic tank with tube assembly.
