U660E AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: AIR COOLED OIL COOLER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL OIL WITH HOSE COOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Temporarily install the oil with hose cooler assembly with the bolt and nut.





(b) Tighten the bolt and nut in the sequence shown in the illustration.

Torque : 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 in-lbf)

HINT
After temporarily tightening the bolt, fully tighten the nut, and then the bolt.

(c) Connect the 2 oil cooler hoses.

5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

6. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER Installation

7. ADD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Installation

8. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID

13. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
