Reassembly

EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper side retainer LH.

(b) Install the bolt and screw.

Bolt - Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

Screw - Torque : 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 6 bolts.





Torque : 35 Nm (357 kgf-cm, 26 ft-lbf)

(b) Engage the 3 clamps.

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Engage the 2 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.





(b) Install the headlight cleaner hose. (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)





5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER GARNISH LH

(a) Install the front bumper garnish LH with the 4 front bumper side retainers.





(b) Install the screw.

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER GARNISH RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

7. INSTALL NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE

(a) Engage the 15 claws to install the No. 1 lower radiator grille.





8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER PAD

(a) Install 2 new front bumper pads.





HINT
Stick the new front bumper pad on the line marked on the front bumper assembly.

9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

(a) Engage the hook.

(b) Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper hole cover LH.

10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

11. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the fog light cover LH.





12. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

15. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

(a) Engage the claw and install the 2 front fender liner retainers.

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

16. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Installation

17. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Installation

18. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Installation

19. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

20. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Installation

24. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

(a) Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.





Torque : 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)
