EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: RADIATOR GRILLE: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

(a) Engage the claw.





(b) Install the radiator grille emblem with the 2 spring nuts.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM BASE (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

(a) Engage the claw.





(b) Install the radiator grille emblem base with the 2 spring nuts.

3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

HINT
When installing the mouldings, heat the vehicle radiator grille and radiator grille emblem using a heat light.

Heating Temperature





NOTICE:
Do not heat the vehicle radiator grille or radiator grille emblem excessively.

(a) Clean the vehicle radiator grille surface.

(1) Using a heat light, heat the vehicle radiator grille surface.

(2) Remove any double-sided tape from the vehicle radiator grille.

(3) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

(b) Clean the radiator grille emblem (if reusing the radiator grille emblem).

(1) Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille emblem.

(2) Remove the double-sided tape from the radiator grille emblem.

(3) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

(4) Apply new double-sided tape to the radiator grille emblem.

(c) Install a new radiator grille emblem.

(1) Using a heat light, heat the vehicle radiator grille and the radiator grille emblem.

(2) Remove the release paper from the radiator grille emblem.

HINT
After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

(3) Install the radiator grille emblem as shown in the illustration.

4. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

(a) Engage the 10 claws and 2 guides.





(b) Install the radiator grille with the 2 clips.

5. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

(a) Engage the 16 clips and install the hood to radiator grille seal.





6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL HOOD CENTER CUSHION Installation

8. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

9. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER Installation

10. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

11. ADD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Installation

12. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT Adjustments

13. PREPARE FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments

14. INSPECT FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments

15. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
