INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE CONSOLE COIN BOX

(a) Remove the console coin box as shown in the illustration.





2. REMOVE LOWER CONSOLE BOX POCKET

(a) Remove the lower console box pocket as shown in the illustration.





3. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH (for TMC Made)

(a) Using moulding remover A, disengage the 6 claws, 2 clips and 2 guides, and remove the front console upper panel garnish as shown in the illustration.





4. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Pull the console compartment door lock sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow to disengage the 4 guides and remove the console compartment door lock sub-assembly.





5. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMMC Made)

(a) Remove the console compartment door sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.





6. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CUSHION (for TMC Made)

(a) Remove the 2 console box cushions from the console compartment door.





7. REMOVE NO. 1 UPPER BOX PLATE (for TMC Made)

(a) Remove the 7 screws.





(b) Disengage the 2 clips and 2 guides, and remove the No. 1 side box panel.





(c) Remove the No. 1 upper box plate as shown in the illustration.





8. REMOVE NO. 2 UPPER BOX PLATE (for TMC Made)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the No. 2 upper box plate and No. 1 upper box plate.

9. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

(a) Remove the No. 1 console compartment door cushion from the No. 1 upper box plate.

Use the same procedure for the No. 2 upper box plate and No. 1 upper box plate.

10. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

(a) Remove the No. 2 console compartment door cushion from the No. 1 upper box plate.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the No. 2 upper box plate and No. 1 upper box plate.

11. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX WIRE (for TMC Made)

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Disconnect each connector.

(c) Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the console box wire.
