2GR-FE ENGINE MECHANICAL: DRIVE BELT: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION (w/ Air Suspension)

NOTICE:
Be sure to read Precaution thoroughly before servicing Air Suspension System.

2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL RH

3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH

4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH Removal

5. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT

(a) Release the V-ribbed belt tension by turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner counterclockwise, and remove the V-ribbed belt from the V-ribbed belt tensioner.





(b) While turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner counterclockwise, align with its holes, and then insert a 5 mm bi-hexagon wrench into the holes to fix the V-ribbed belt tensioner.
