SUSPENSION CONTROL: ACTIVE STABILIZER SUSPENSION SYSTEM: C1915,C1920,C193C: Rear PIG Power Supply Voltage
DESCRIPTION
When the PIG power supply (46 V) of the front active stabilizer control ECU and the rear active stabilizer control ECU is not detected, and an irregular voltage is detected, these DTCs are stored. As the power steering converter supplies power to the power steering system in addition to the front and rear active stabilizer control actuator assemblies, it is possible for the PIG power supply (46 V) to be cut off as a result of a malfunction in the power steering system. During the initial check that occurs immediately after turning the power switch on (READY), the condition of the power steering converter is determined. If there is a malfunction, DTC C1915 or C193C is stored.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
HINT
Inspect each fuse in the circuit before troubleshooting.
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK DTC (POWER STEERING SYSTEM)
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the power switch on (READY) and the Techstream on.
(d) Check if any power steering system DTC is output Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
Result
B -- GO TO POWER STEERING SYSTEM (DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART) Power Steering System
A -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Check that the connectors of the rear active stabilizer control ECU, front active stabilizer control ECU and power steering converter are not loose or disconnected.
OK:
Connectors are not loose or disconnected.
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT AND REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU - POWER STEERING CONVERTER)
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Disconnect the g12 rear ECU connector.
(c) Disconnect the g13 front ECU connector.
(d) Disconnect the F101 and F100 converter connectors.
(e) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (IG VOLTAGE)
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Disconnect the g12 rear ECU connector.
(c) Disconnect the g13 front ECU connector.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
5. REPLACE ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Replace the active stabilizer control ECU with a new one Removal.
NEXT -- Continue to next step.
6. CLEAR DTC
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Clear the DTCs Active Stabilizer Suspension System.
NEXT -- Continue to next step.
7. CHECK DTC
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the power switch on (READY) and wait 30 seconds or more. Then check for DTCs Active Stabilizer Suspension System.
Result
B -- END
A -- REPLACE POWER STEERING CONVERTER ASSEMBLY Removal
