SUSPENSION CONTROL: ACTIVE STABILIZER SUSPENSION SYSTEM: C1901-C1904,C191C: Rear Magnetic Pole Sensor Initialization Incomplete
DESCRIPTION
If a malfunction occurs in the rear active stabilizer control actuator's magnetic pole sensor (motor pulse sensor), the motor short relay or the motor short relay's circuit, DTC C1901, C1902, C1903, C1904 and/or C191C are output.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Check that the wire harness connectors between the rear active stabilizer control ECU and rear active stabilizer control actuator assembly are not loose or disconnected and that the wire harness is not damaged.
OK:
Connectors are not loose or disconnected. Wire harness is not damaged.
HINT
If the wire harness of the rear active stabilizer control actuator assembly is damaged, replace the rear active stabilizer control actuator assembly Removal.
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. INTERCHANGE FRONT AND REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Interchange the rear active stabilizer control ECU with the front active stabilizer control ECU, and install them securely Removal.
NEXT -- Continue to next step.
3. CLEAR DTC
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the power switch on (IG) and the Techstream on.
(d) Clear the DTCs Active Stabilizer Suspension System.
NEXT -- Continue to next step.
4. CHECK OPERATION OF REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the power switch on (READY) and wait 30 seconds or more. Then check for front active stabilizer DTCs Active Stabilizer Suspension System.
OK:
DTC C1929, C192A, C192B, C192C and/or C1944 are not output.
HINT
Interchange the front and rear active stabilizer control ECUs and check for DTCs. After interchanging the ECUs, if a front active stabilizer DTC is stored, it can be determined that the rear active stabilizer control ECU is malfunctioning. If no DTC is stored, the rear active stabilizer control actuator assembly is malfunctioning.
NG -- REPLACE ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- REPLACE REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY Removal
