EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 screws and front bumper extension mounting bracket.





2. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL Removal

3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE Removal

4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Removal

5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Removal

7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

8. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal

9. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal

10. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

(a) Disengage the claws and remove the 2 front fender liner retainers.

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

13. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Disengage the claw and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.

14. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

15. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH

(a) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the fog light cover LH.





16. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws.

(b) Disengage the hook and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD

(a) Remove the 2 front bumper pads.





20. REMOVE NO. 2 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE

(a) Disengage the 12 claws and remove the No. 2 lower radiator grille.





21. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE BRACKET

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 radiator grille bracket.





22. REMOVE NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE

(a) Disengage the 15 claws and remove the No. 1 lower radiator grille.





23. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GARNISH LH

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Remove the 4 front bumper side retainers and front bumper garnish LH.

24. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GARNISH RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

25. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Remove the headlight cleaner hose. (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)





(b) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber.





26. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Disengage the 3 clamps.





(b) Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.

27. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

(a) Remove the bolt and screw.
