SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

1. FRONT POWER SEAT CONTROL SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

* The driver seat is equipped with slide, reclining, lifter, front vertical, variable length, and lumbar support adjustment functions.

* The passenger seat is equipped with slide, reclining, lifter, front vertical, variable length, and lumbar support adjustment functions.

* The memory call function uses the key ID code of the key to memorize and reproduce the appropriate driving position for each individual who possesses a master key or sub key.

3. SYSTEM OPERATION

The front power seat functions which can be adjusted with the power seat motors and memorized are shown below.





The seat memory switch sends memory switch information to the outer mirror control ECU assembly (driver side). Then the information is sent to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) via CAN. The information is received by the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) and an instruction to memorize the seat position is sent to the front power seat switch LH via CAN. As a result, the seat position is memorized.
