HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR

(a) Install the No. 1 circuit breaker sensor with the 2 bolts to the inverter with converter assembly.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector to the No. 1 circuit breaker sensor.





NOTICE:
The connectors should be connected securely.

2. INSTALL VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE

(a) Install the bolt and vacuum switching valve.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector and hose.

3. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL INLET NO. 2 AIR CLEANER Installation

5. INSTALL INTAKE AIR RESONATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

7. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER Installation

8. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
