HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER: REMOVAL
1. PRECAUTION (w/ Navigation System for HDD)
NOTICE:
After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Removal
3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system Service Precautions.
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
4. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
5. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
6. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL Removal
7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side Removal.
8. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side Removal.
9. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH RH Removal
11. REMOVE PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Removal
12. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY Removal
13. DISCONNECT CONNECTOR HOLDER Removal
14. REMOVE ECU INTEGRATION BOX Removal
15. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect each connector.
(b) Remove the 2 screws and air conditioning amplifier assembly.
