SUSPENSION CONTROL: ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ACTIVE STABILIZER ECU BRACKET

(a) Install the active stabilizer ECU bracket with the 3 bolts.





Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
Temporarily tighten the bolt (A) first, and then fully tighten the 3 bolts in the order of (C), (B) and (A).

2. INSTALL ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

(a) Insert the claw of the active stabilizer control ECU assembly into the active stabilizer ECU bracket and temporarily secure the active stabilizer control ECU assembly with a clip.

Torque : 8.5 Nm (87 kgf-cm, 75 in-lbf)

(b) Install the active stabilizer control ECU assembly to the active stabilizer ECU bracket with the 3 nuts.

(c) As shown in the illustration, connect the 3 wire harness clamps and each connector.

(d) Install the ground wire to the active stabilizer ECU bracket with the bolt.

Torque : 8.4 Nm (86 kgf-cm, 74 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE COVER PROTECTOR Installation

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

5. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Installation

6. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.
