SUSPENSION CONTROL: ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION (w/ Navigation System for HDD)

NOTICE:
After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Removal

3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

4. REMOVE NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE COVER PROTECTOR Removal

5. REMOVE ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the bolt and ground wire from the active stabilizer ECU bracket.

(b) As shown in the illustration, disconnect the 3 clamps and each connector to separate the wire harness from the active stabilizer control ECU assembly.

(c) Remove the 3 nuts, clip and active stabilizer control ECU assembly from the active stabilizer ECU bracket.

NOTICE:
* Avoid any impact to the active stabilizer control ECU assembly.
* Do not drop the active stabilizer control ECU assembly. If the ECU is dropped, replace it with a new one.
6. REMOVE ACTIVE STABILIZER ECU BRACKET

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and active stabilizer ECU bracket.
