SUSPENSION CONTROL: SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU

(a) Connect the 3 connectors.

(b) Install the suspension control ECU to the body with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 8.5 Nm (87 kgf-cm, 75 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
* Avoid any impact to the suspension control ECU.
* Do not drop the ECU. If the ECU is dropped, replace it with a new one.
* If the suspension control ECU is replaced with a new one, perform registration of vehicle identification information Registration.
2. INSTALL SKID CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH

(a) Install the ECU integration box RH with the 2 nuts and bolt.

(b) Install the No. 3 connector holder with the nut and claw.

4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH RH Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation

10. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL Installation

11. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

12. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

14. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Installation

15. INSPECT SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM

NOTICE:
If the suspension control ECU is replaced with a new one, perform registration of vehicle identification information.

(a) Inspect the suspension control system Registration.

16. ADJUST VEHICLE HEIGHT

NOTICE:
If the suspension control ECU has been replaced, be sure to adjust the vehicle height.

(a) Adjust the vehicle height Suspension Control System.

17. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.

18. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.

19. ADJUST HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LED Headlight)

(a) Adjust the headlight Headlight Assembly (for LED Headlight).

20. ADJUST HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (except LED Headlight)

(a) Adjust the headlight Headlight Assembly (except LED Headlight).
