INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK START DIAGNOSTIC MODE

(a) Activate diagnostic mode and check if the "Service Menu" screen can be displayed Navigation System (for HDD).

OK:

Diagnostic mode can be activated.

NG -- REMOTE TOUCH SELF CHECK (SWITCH OPERATION CHECK)
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK PANEL SWITCH (OPERATION CHECK)

(a) Enter the "Panel & Steering Switch Check Mode" screen. Refer to Check Panel & Steering Switch in Operation Check Operation Check.





(b) Press each switch on the remote touch and check that the switch name is displayed on the screen.

OK:

Pressing each switch displays its name on the screen.

3. REMOTE TOUCH SELF CHECK (SWITCH OPERATION CHECK)

(a) Activate self check mode Operation Check.

(b) Check switch operation.





(1) Move the remote touch switch knob to the lower left.

(2) Check that the "MAP/VOICE" and "MENU" switches illuminate when each switch on the remote touch is pressed.

4. REPLACE INTEGRATION PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Replace the integration panel sub-assembly Removal.

(b) Check that each switch operation on the remote touch is accepted normally.

OK:

Each switch operation is accepted normally.

NG -- REPLACE REMOTE OPERATION BOARD Removal
