Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters





DOOR LOCK: WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY, MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

(a) Disconnect the 2F, 2D and A junction block connectors.





(b) Disconnect the F14 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

(c) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connectors disconnected.





(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness or instrument panel junction block assembly.

(d) Reconnect the 2F, 2D and A junction block connectors.

(e) Reconnect the F14 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

(f) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.









* *: w/o Power Back Door System

(f) If the result is not as specified, the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) or instrument panel junction block assembly may have a malfunction.

2. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY)





(a) Disconnect the F58 and O1 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connectors.

(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





* If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the F58 and O1 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





* If the result is not as specified, the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) may have a malfunction.

3. CHECK POWER BACK DOOR ECU (POWER BACK DOOR MOTOR UNIT) (w/ POWER BACK DOOR SYSTEM)





(a) Disconnect the P33 power back door ECU connector.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.





(b) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the P33 power back door ECU connector.

(d) Initialize the power back door ECU (power back door motor unit) Initialization.

(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





(e) If the result is not as specified, the power back door ECU (power back door motor unit) may have a malfunction.
