HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR: REMOVAL
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Removal
3. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER Removal
4. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal
5. REMOVE INTAKE AIR RESONATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
6. REMOVE INLET NO. 2 AIR CLEANER Removal
7. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
8. SEPARATE VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE
(a) Disconnect the connector and hose.
(b) Remove the bolt, and separate the vacuum switching valve.
9. REMOVE NO. 1 CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR
(a) Move the outer section to the wire harness side as illustrated, then disconnect the No. 1 circuit breaker sensor connector.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 circuit breaker sensor from the inverter with converter assembly.
