Disassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/ Refrigerated Cool Box): DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 6 screws and console compartment door sub-assembly.





2. REMOVE COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 6 screws.





(b) Detach the 12 claws and remove the cooling box assembly.

3. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Disconnect the connector and remove the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

4. REMOVE NO. 3 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE

(a) Remove the No. 3 cooler unit drain hose.





5. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER WIRING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the packing.

(b) Disconnect the 3 connectors and remove the No. 1 cooler wiring harness sub-assembly.





6. REMOVE COOLER CONTROL SWITCH SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the cooler control switch sub-assembly.





7. REMOVE COOLING UNIT DOOR

(a) Remove the packing.

(b) Remove the 8 screws, 2 bolts and cooling unit door.





8. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 bolts.





(b) Remove the 5 holding springs.

(c) Remove the 4 bolts.





(d) Remove the cooling unit case.





(e) Remove the cooler evaporator assembly.





(f) Detach the 2 claws.





(g) Loosen the 2 nuts and remove the liquid tube, cooler magnet valve assembly and No. 2 evaporator sub-assembly.
