Removal

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/ Refrigerated Cool Box): REMOVAL

1. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the front seat assembly RH Removal.

3. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT Removal

6. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT Removal

7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal

8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal

9. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

11. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

12. REMOVE COOLING BOX TRAY

(a) Remove the cooling box tray.

13. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

14. REMOVE CENTER FLOOR CARPET COVER RH

(a) Detach the 3 claws and remove the center floor carpet cover RH.

15. REMOVE COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 8 bolts.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the 2 cooler pipes.

(c) Disconnect the drain hose.

(d) Disconnect the connector and remove the console box assembly.

16. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX RETAINER

(a) Remove the 4 screws and console box retainer.
