LIGHTING (EXT): HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for HID Headlight): INSTALLATION

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Connect the connectors.

(b) Attach the clamp.

(c) Install the headlight with the bolt, 2 screws and clip.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH Installation

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER Installation

4. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

(a) Install the radiator grille Installation.

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

6. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT (Using a screen) (for HID Headlight)

7. INSPECT HEADLIGHT AIMING (for HID Headlight)

8. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING (for HID Headlight)

9. PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments

10. INSPECT FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments

11. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
