Installation
LIGHTING (EXT): HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR: INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the rear height control sensor sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.
Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)
(b) Engage the guide and install the bolt.
Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
(c) Engage the guide and install the bolt.
Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)
(d) Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL REAR WHEEL Installation
3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
4. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Installation
5. CHECK VEHICLE HEIGHT (w/ Air Suspension)
NOTICE:
If the height control sensor link is removed, check the vehicle height.
(a) Change the height control switch from the "NORM" position to the "HIGH" position and back to the "NORM" position.
(b) Measure the vehicle height Front Wheel Alignment.
6. ADJUST VEHICLE HEIGHT (w/ Air Suspension)
NOTICE:
If the height control sensor has been replaced, be sure to adjust the vehicle height.
(a) Adjust the vehicle height Suspension Control System.
7. HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SIGNAL INITIALIZATION (w/o Air Suspension)

8. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR HEADLIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT (for LED Headlight) (for LED Headlight)
9. PREPARE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (for LED Headlight)
Using a headlight aim test machine: (for LED Headlight)
Using a screen: (for LED Headlight)
10. INSPECT HEADLIGHT AIMING (for LED Headlight) (for LED Headlight)
11. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING (for LED Headlight) (for LED Headlight)
12. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR HEADLIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT (except LED Headlight) (except LED Headlight)
13. PREPARE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (except LED Headlight)

14. INSPECT HEADLIGHT AIMING (except LED Headlight) (except LED Headlight)
