Reassembly

LIGHTING (EXT): HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LED Headlight): REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT

(a) Engage the 2 guides.





(b) Install the front bumper bar reinforcement with the 2 screws.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT REFLECTOR

(a) Connect the connector.





(b) Install the headlight reflector with the 3 screws.

3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET

(a) Install a new headlight gasket.

4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the 2 connectors.





(b) Install the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly with the 4 screws.





5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING

(a) Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing.

6. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR

(a) Engage the tip of the headlight leveling motor with the reflector as shown in the illustration.





(b) Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.





HINT
For the headlight leveling motor RH, rotate it symmetrical to the directional arrow shown in the illustration.

7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CORD

(a) Engage the claw and clamp, and install the headlight cord.





8. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the clearance light bulb to the headlight cord.

(b) Turn the clearance light bulb and headlight cord in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.





9. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the front side marker light bulb to the headlight cord.

(b) Turn the front side marker light bulb and headlight cord in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.





10. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.

(b) Turn the front turn signal light bulb and front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.





11. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.





NOTICE:
Do not touch the bulb glass.

12. INSTALL LOCKING CAP

(a) Turn the locking cap in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.
