2GR-FXE COOLING: TEMPERATURE SWITCH: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION (w/ Air Suspension)

CAUTION:
Be sure to read Precaution thoroughly before service Service Precautions.

2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER Removal

3. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Removal

4. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal

5. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

7. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine) Coolant (for Engine)

8. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER LH Removal

9. REMOVE TEMPERATURE SWITCH

(a) Disconnect the temperature switch connector.





(b) Using a union nut wrench (19 mm), remove the temperature switch.





NOTICE:
Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler pipe when removing the temperature switch.
