Reassembly

DOOR / HATCH: HOOD: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

2. INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

3. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 5 clips and connect the washer hose assembly.





4. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Washer Nozzle (for Front Side)

6. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Front Side)

7. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR

(a) Engage the 2 claws.





(b) Install the hood insulator with the 9 clips.

8. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

(a) Engage the 10 clips and install the hood to radiator support seal.





9. INSTALL HOOD AUXILIARY CATCH HOOK ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the hood auxiliary catch hook assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)
