SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side): DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY Removal

2. REMOVE UPPER CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH

(a) Remove the screw and the upper center seat hinge cover LH.





3. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the elastic band.





(b) Remove the 4 bolts and rear center seat assembly.





4. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR LH

(a) Remove the screw and clip.





(b) Remove the reclining cover protector LH as shown in the illustration.





5. REMOVE RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR RH

(a) Remove the screw and clip.





(b) Remove the reclining cover protector RH as shown in the illustration.





6. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

(a) Disengage the 2 hooks.





(b) Disengage each hook and remove the center seat cushion cover with pad as shown in the illustration.





7. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.





8. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEATBACK COVER

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear center seatback cover.





9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH

(a) Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and 4 guides, and remove the rear seatback lock cover RH.

10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 4 clips and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly.





11. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST SUPPORT LH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat center headrest support LH.





12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST SUPPORT RH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat center headrest support RH.





13. REMOVE COAT HOOK CAP

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and guide and remove the coat hook cap as shown in the illustration.





14. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 seatback cover.

15. REMOVE NO. 2 CENTER SEATBACK COVER

(a) Disconnect the rod as shown in the illustration.





(b) Remove the 2 screws.





(c) Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 center seatback cover.

16. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts, bushes, and the center seat cushion frame sub-assembly.





17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE LH

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the "TORX" bolts, bushes, and the rear seatback hinge LH.





18. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEATBACK HINGE

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the "TORX" bolts, bushes, and the rear center seatback hinge.





19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK MOULDING LH

(a) Remove the 3 screws.





(b) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seatback moulding LH.

20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK MOULDING RH

(a) Remove the 3 screws.





(b) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seatback moulding RH.

21. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST SUPPORT RH

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the "TORX" bolts and bushes.





(b) Remove the nut.





(c) Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat center armrest support RH.

22. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING SPACER

(a) Remove the No. 2 rear seat reclining spacer from the rear seat center armrest assembly.





23. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

24. REMOVE CUP HOLDER

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Disengage the 2 clips and remove the cup holder.

25. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat center armrest door sub-assembly.





26. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST BOX

(a) Remove the rear seat center armrest box.





27. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP

(a) Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat cover cap.

28. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

(a) Remove the 3 screws and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle RH.





29. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

30. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

(a) Disengage the 2 hooks.





(b) Disengage each hook.





(c) Remove the 2 hog rings.





(d) Remove the 2 hog rings and the rear seat cushion cover with pad.





(e) Disengage the 2 elastic bands.





31. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

(a) Remove the 11 hog rings and the separate type rear seat cushion cover.





32. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR

(a) Remove the rear seatback lock striker protector.





33. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the rear seat lock striker.





34. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the 2 tonneau cover hook holders.





35. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover RH.





36. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Disengage the 2 clips.





(b) Disengage the guide and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly RH.

37. REMOVE NO. 1 FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the bolt.





(b) Disengage the guide and remove the No. 1 fold stopper band assembly.

38. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.





39. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

(a) Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the installation to disengage the 2 claws (A).





(b) Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to disengage the 2 claws (B) and remove the cover.

40. DISCONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY Removal

41. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support LH.





42. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support RH.





43. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

(a) Disengage the 2 fasteners.

(b) Disengage the 5 hooks.





(c) Remove the 6 hog rings.

(d) Turn back the separate type rear seatback cover to remove the nut, and separate the bracket of the separate type rear seatback cover.





(e) Remove the bolt and rear seat belt hook.





(f) Disengage the hook.





(g) Remove the hog ring and the rear seatback cover with pad.

44. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER Removal

45. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY Removal

46. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

(a) Remove the 12 hog rings and the separate type rear seatback cover.





47. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Disengage the claw and remove the rear seatback cover RH.

48. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

(a) Remove the 3 screws.





(b) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH.

49. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SIDE COVER LH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat cushion side cover LH.

50. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER COVER RH

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat reclining inner cover RH.

51. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Remove the No. 1 rear seat cover.

52. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT COVER

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Remove the No. 2 rear seat cover.

53. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

(a) Disengage the 6 control cable clamps.

(b) Disengage the 4 rear seat hooks and remove the rear seat reclining control cable.





(c) Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat hook from the rear seat reclining control cable.





54. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 4 "TORX" bolts, bushes, and the rear seat cushion spring assembly RH.
