Reassembly

2GR-FXE FUEL: FUEL PUMP: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH FILTER

(a) Install the fuel pump spacer onto the fuel pump assembly with filter.

(b) Install a new fuel pump filter seal onto the fuel pump assembly with filter.

(c) Apply a coat of gasoline to the fuel pump filter seal.

(d) Push in the fuel pump assembly with filter to the fuel filter assembly.





2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP CUSHION RUBBER

(a) Install the fuel pump cushion rubber to the fuel pump.





3. INSTALL NO. 2 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT

(a) Install the No. 2 fuel suction support.





4. INSTALL FUEL PUMP HARNESS

(a) Install the fuel pump harness and connect the connector.





5. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the fuel pump connector.





(b) Engage the 4 snap claws to install the fuel suction plate.

6. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL VAPOR PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the vapor pressure sensor assembly with the tube joint clip.
