Fuel Pump: Testing and Inspection

- Remove fuel pump, refer to Service Procedures.
Service and Repair

Fuel Pump Inspection:

- Briefly apply battery voltage to fuel pump connector, noting polarity.

Pump should run

Fuel Pump Inspection:

- Connect ohmmeter across fuel pump terminals.

Desired - 0.2 to 3.0 ohms

- Replace pump if if fails to provide the desired results.
