Headlamp: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT OF HEADLIGHT

1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT






(a) Remove battery (LH) or disconnect negative terminal (-) from the battery (RH).

CAUTION: Work must be started after approx. 90 seconds or longer from the time the ignition switch is turned to the "LOCK" position and negative (-) terminal cable is disconnected from the battery.

(b) Remove a screw.
(c) Disconnect connector.
(d) Remove clearance light.






(e) Remove a nut and three bolts.
(f) Remove headlight together with fog light.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT
For installation, follow the removal procedure in reverse.

3. ADJUSTMENT OF HEADLIGHT AIMING






A - bolt: Horizontal Direction
B - bolt: Vertical Direction
